Paddle is the seller and handles payment. Korean payment methods including KakaoPay and Naver Pay are supported.
Prices include VAT for buyers in Korea. Tax may be added at checkout in other countries.
Paddle issues your receipts and invoices. Korean tax invoices and cash receipts aren't available.

Common questions
- Can I keep using the free plan?
- Yes. The free plan has no time limit. The kanban board, Inbox, attachments, retrospectives, and fabric are all included.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel yourself in account settings, with no request or approval step. You keep access through the period you already paid for.
- Do you offer refunds?
- Ask within 14 days of payment and we refund in full, no questions asked. For yearly plans we also refund the remaining period after that, worked out by the day.
- Do I lose my data if I cancel?
- No. Only the paid features stop. Everything you wrote stays, you can keep reading it on the free plan, and you can export anytime.
- How much can I attach?
- You can upload up to the monthly amount listed above, and it refills every month. Documents and images are usually a few MB each, so even the free limit holds dozens of them. Files you already uploaded stay where they are, and deleting them doesn't give that month's allowance back.
