Terms of Service

Effective Date: 1 September 2026

This English text is provided for your convenience. The Korean version is the binding original, and it prevails if the two differ.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set out the rights and obligations between you and the Operator in connection with your use of the task management service provided by toodoori.

Article 2 (Operator and Seller)

  1. Service: toodoori
  2. Operator: Moonki Lee (referred to in these Terms as "the Operator" or "we")
  3. Contact: peoplenexteam@gmail.com, or the inquiry feature inside the service
  4. The Merchant of Record for paid subscriptions is Paddle.com Market Limited. Payment, tax handling, invoicing, and refund execution all go through Paddle, and Paddle is the business name shown on the checkout screen and on your receipts.

Article 3 (Who Can Use the Service)

  1. This service is for individual users aged 14 or older, or older still if the law where you live sets a higher age for using a service like this one.
  2. If you are under 19, you must have your legal representative's consent to purchase a paid subscription. A purchase made without that consent may be cancelled by you or by your legal representative.

Article 4 (Plans)

  1. The service is offered as a free plan and a paid subscription (Pro).
  2. The core features are usable on the free plan alone.
  3. Prices and billing cycles for the paid subscription are as shown on the pricing page inside the service.
  4. The features and limits included in each plan are stated on the pricing page. If they change, we will tell you in advance under Article 5(4).

Article 5 (Payment, Renewal, and Cancellation)

  1. Payment: Paid subscriptions are prepaid. Access for the period is granted at the time of payment.
  2. Automatic renewal: Unless you cancel, your paid subscription renews automatically on the same cycle. The renewal charge is made on the last day of the current billing cycle.
  3. Cancellation: You can cancel it yourself at any time in your account settings. We do not require an inquiry or an approval step. After you cancel, you are not charged again from your next payment date onwards, and you keep access for the period you have already paid for. If you would like a refund for the remaining period, you must request it separately, and once a refund is processed your access to paid features ends at that point. See the Refund Policy (/refund) for details.
  4. Changes to prices and to what is included: If we raise a price, or change the features and limits of a plan in a way that is unfavourable to you, we will tell you 30 days before it takes effect, both in the service and by email. The price and conditions at the time of payment continue to apply to a subscription period already under way, and the change applies from the next renewal. You may cancel before then.
  5. Refunds: Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy (/refund).
  6. Failed payment: If a payment fails, Paddle retries it over a period, under its own retry process. If it ultimately fails, access to paid features stops and the account moves to the free plan. Even then, the data you created is not deleted.

Article 6 (Your Data When Paid Features End)

The data you created is not deleted when your subscription ends or is cancelled. Only your access to paid features stops. You can keep using that data on the free plan, or export it at any time. We do not delete data because a subscription ended. Data is deleted only on account deletion under Article 9, for prohibited files under Article 7(2), and in the other cases these Terms provide for.

Article 7 (File Upload Policy)

  1. The per-file size limit and the upload limit differ by plan and are stated on the pricing page (/pricing). If we change a limit, we will tell you in advance under Article 5(4).
  2. Uploading executable files (.exe, .sh, and the like) and files that pose a security risk is prohibited. Such files may be deleted without notice.

Article 8 (Data Ownership and Responsibility)

  1. You hold the copyright and ownership of the data you create.
  2. To protect data that matters to you, it is your responsibility to keep your own backups using the export feature the service provides.

Article 9 (Account Deletion and Data Destruction)

  1. When you delete your account, personal information such as your email and name is immediately replaced with a value that cannot identify you.
  2. All user-created data, including projects, tasks, and attachments, is permanently deleted within 5 days of account deletion and cannot be recovered. Records we are required to keep under applicable law are stored separately for the required period and then destroyed.
  3. If you delete your account during a paid subscription, refunds follow Article 9 of the Refund Policy (/refund).

Article 10 (Prohibited Conduct)

You must not do any of the following.

  1. Store content that infringes the rights of others or violates the law
  2. Use another user's account, or obtain authentication credentials without authorisation
  3. Excessive automated access, vulnerability scanning, or reverse engineering that interferes with the normal operation of the service
  4. Resell or commercially redistribute the service without the Operator's prior consent

Article 11 (Restrictions and Appeals)

  1. If you breach Article 10, the Operator may act in this order: a warning, restriction of the relevant feature, suspension of the account, and termination of the service agreement.
  2. We notify you of the reason and the content by email before we act. Where acting immediately is necessary to avoid harm to other users or to the service that would be difficult to undo, we notify you without delay after acting.
  3. You may appeal by email, and the Operator will respond with the outcome of its review within 7 days.
  4. If the service agreement is terminated during a paid subscription for reasons attributable to the Operator, we refund the amount paid for the remaining period. This does not apply where termination follows your breach of Article 10.

Article 12 (Changes, Suspension, and Termination of the Service)

  1. If the Operator changes or discontinues part of the service, we will tell you 30 days before it takes effect, both in the service and by email.
  2. If the Operator shuts the service down entirely, we will tell you at least 90 days in advance and keep the export feature available during that period.
  3. If the service shuts down, we refund the amount for the unused part of a paid subscription, calculated pro rata by day.

Article 13 (Limitation of Liability)

  1. The Operator's liability is limited for service interruptions caused by failures in external infrastructure (AWS, Firebase, and the like). The Operator will, however, give notice as soon as it becomes aware of a failure and take the steps needed to recover.
  2. The Operator is not liable in damages for data loss or similar occurring while you use the free plan.
  3. Where loss arises during a paid subscription for reasons attributable to the Operator, damages will not exceed KRW 50,000, or the fees you paid in the 12 months before the loss arose, whichever is greater.
  4. Paragraphs 1 to 3 do not apply to loss caused by the intent (고의) or gross negligence (중대한 과실) of the Operator or of anyone the Operator uses to perform its obligations, including the processors listed in the Privacy Policy, or to damage to life or body (death or personal injury). They also do not apply to liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.

Article 14 (Changes to These Terms)

If we change these Terms, we will give notice in the service 7 days before the change takes effect. Changes that are unfavourable to you, and changes relating to fees, are notified 30 days in advance under Article 5(4).

Article 15 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

  1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
  2. Nothing in these Terms or in the Refund Policy takes away the rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of the country where you habitually reside. Where that law gives you more protection than these Terms, that law applies. This follows Article 47(1) of the Korean Act on Private International Law (국제사법), under which choosing a governing law cannot deprive a consumer of the protection of the mandatory rules of the consumer's habitual residence.
  3. Proceedings are brought before the court that has jurisdiction under Korean law. If you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you habitually reside, and we will bring any proceedings against you in those courts.

Article 16 (Language)

  1. These Terms were written in Korean. This English text is a translation provided for your convenience.
  2. If the two versions differ, the Korean version prevails.
  3. Paragraph 2 does not apply against a consumer where the Korean version would give that consumer fewer rights than this English version. In that case, the version more favourable to the consumer applies.
